“Growing up with only a brother, I always envied my friends with sisters. It was like they had a built-in best friend! Joining a sorority was an obvious choice for me when I started thinking about college, I would finally be able to get the “sisters” I had always wanted! During recruitment, the AXO house felt like a home. I felt like those girls wanted to know the real me and cared about who I was from day one. As a pnm , I started forming bonds with the sisters that I knew would last longer than just that round. I knew Alpha Chi was my place when I saw “Alpha Chi Omega” on my recruitment schedule and felt a huge sense of excitement”

Hi! My name is Sophia Cross and I have the honor of serving as the Vice President of Intellectual Development this year. Alpha Chi Omega is truly a well-rounded sorority that encourages all members to achieve their goals both academically and through various passions. Alpha Chi Omega stood out to me as it aligns with so many of my values. With an influx of support and resources, I feel I am constantly able to excel academically. College is often a stressful time in academic comparison. It is important to have the support of Alpha Chi Omega. Curating a judge free zone, members are encouraged to ask others for opportunities, class recommendations, or help on an assignment. This in turn, naturally creates role models and academic mentors. I strive to help each member find opportunities that align with their goals and passions. I am excited to continue guiding all members with resources and advice.
