A LITTLE ABOUT EPSILON CHI
A LETTER FROM OUR PRESIDENT
Welcome to the Epsilon Chi chapter of Alpha Chi Omega at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. My name is Riley Peltz, and it is an absolute honor to be serving as the 2025 Chapter President!
Alpha Chi has been such a special part of my college experience, and I will treasure the memories and friendships AXO has brought me. I will never forget the moment in recruitment when I saw how authentic and incredible every member was, and I could not imagine myself anywhere else. Immediately after joining, I was surrounded by such an amazing community and welcomed by every member.
I lived in the house last year, and that proved to be my second-best decision after choosing AXO. The house is more than just a living space; it's a home where lifelong friendships are formed, achievements celebrated, and there is always someone to laugh with.
Alpha Chi Omega’s philanthropy is Domestic Violence Awareness, and our members are dedicated to supporting those impacted by domestic violence through fundraising and volunteer service, as well as educating our community. The really special aspect about our philanthropy is our partnerships with two local organizations that support victims of domestic violence in the Chapel Hill community, A Lotta Love and The Compass Center.
Our sisterhood is committed to empowering each member to live as their true self, reach their highest potential and be a real, strong woman. AXO has allowed me to grow into the best version of myself, and I have every single member to thank for the unconditional love and acceptance they have shown me. It is truly a privilege to be part of this sisterhood, and I am so proud represent this chapter filled with amazing women!
Love,
Riley Peltz
